What to expect?
Your first visit
360 vehicle inspection
We will inspect your vehicle to ensure it’s performint at an optional and safe level. Based on our findings, we will provide a digital inspection report with an estimate for any needed services and repairs.
Maintenance Preference
We will discuss an ongoing maintenance schedule that suits your vehicle and driving habits. This schedule will then be entered into your customer file.
Your next visit
We will book your next appointment according to the agreed maintenance schedule to suit your availability.
Future visits reminders
Two days before each scheduled visit; we will send you a text message to confirm the appointment.
Work process
Our facility is equipped with modern diagnostic and repair equipment. Only qualified technicians will work on your vehicle. We will never do any repairs without your authorization.
Records
We will set up a file to track all maintenance and repairs performed or recommended.
On-time & Done right
Upon arrival, and after completion of repairs, road tests are performed to ensure your concerns have been addressed. We will follow up a few days later to ensure your total satisfaction.

Great business and super family oriented. They have never made me feel weird for being a woman, which is not true of some other shops I have been to out there. There has been a change in ownership recently and I hope it will stay this way. Prices are also quite fair and service is great!
I have been dealing with Special interest for about 10 years and their service and staff are amazing. They never try to up sell or mislead you in what your vehicle actually needs. They go beyond what is required of them and their customer service is excellent. This is the first time I have ever written a review but I felt the need to after reading the prior one. Try them out you will not be disappointed .
Staff were friendly. Rates very competitive, and most importantly – the quote/estimate was honest. I assumed I needed my brakes replaced. After inspection, they informed me that they only needed to be cleaned and serviced, and for a fraction of the cost. Will definitely return for future service needs.

The Repair should be performed at the earliest convenient date.
Green – Good or Monitor
The part is in working order or has minor wear that should be monitored.
Labour Charges
Our technician’s time is billed ar competitive rates. The total labour is calculated by either actual hours apent on the repair, reference to an industry – approved labour time guide, or a job package menu price.
Parts
We use only high-quality parts backed with the best warranties. Additional options are available upon request. Your old or worn parts are availalbe to you upon request.
